In der NJO werden doch Jacen, Jaina und co. in einer Zeremonie zu Jedi-Rittern ernannt, haben also quasi eine Schwertleite wie sich das im Mittelalter nannte. Kann mir mal jemand kurz zusammenfassen, was genau da passiert. Werden sie einfach nur ernannt? Müssen sie noch ne Prüfung oder so ablegen? Wo findet es statt? Und wer ist alles da? Einfach alle Details...
Vielleicht sollte man eine Spoilerwarnung in den Threadtitel setzen! Also wer Destiny's Way noch nicht gelesen hat und sich nicht verspoilern will hätte schon längst aufhören sollen den Thread zu lesen .

Geschehen ist es in 'Destiny's Way' auf Mon Calamari. Es war eine Zeremonie wo viele anwesend waren (Politiker, Familie, usw.). Nacheinander wurden die Jedi dann auf die Bühne geholt und zum Ritter ernannt. Luke hat jedem noch ein paar Wörter mit auf den Weg gegeben (zu Jaina zB, dass sie 'das Schwert des Ordens ist'). Dann bekam jeder seine Ritter-Robe von zwei weiteren Jedi-Rittern angezogen.
Wie kommt Jaina denn zu diesem Titel? Wegen dieser Trickster-Sache? Und was hat Luke zu Jacen gesagt? Hat er auch so einen Titel bekommen? Und Tenel Ka und Zekk?
Welche Rolle haben die Lichtschwerter dabei gespielt? Hat Luke sie damit wie man es sich in einem Ritterfilm vorstellt, zu Rittern geschlagen oder war da eben nur das mit den Roben?

"we are here to welcome nine new members into the order." Luke said. "Each has felt the Force grow within him or her. Wach has felt the sting of combat and the pain of a comrade's loss. Each has searched his or her heart, and now stands ready to make the commitment to serve the New Republic for as long as life lasts."
Luke turned to the apprentices standing in their line at stage left. Each was dressed simply in a jacket, trousers, and boots.
"As i name you," Luke said, "may you step forward an be garbed in the robes of a Jedi Knight.

The Queen of Sixty-Three Worlds, for good or ill, tool a formal precedence over the others. As the drums began a solemn march, she stepped from the line of apprentices and came to stand the podium.
"Remove your lighsaber, please", Luke said. Two Jedi mastes, Kenth Hammer and Kyp Durron, stepped forward from the group of the Jedi Council carrying Tenel's new robe. The pulled the robe around her, then buckled her lightsaber over it.

"Zekk," Luke said. "You are a Jedi who created himseld in the image of the Jedi Knight you wanted to be. Once the Shadow Academy called you in its Darkest Knight , but all the forces of darnkness couldn't keep you from seekin the light. Now that you have found it, may you live always in its radiance."

Luke felt silent and for a long horrified moment he stared into Jaina's wide-eyed face.
He hadn't meant to say that. He hadn't meant to say anything like it. Yet the words had pured forth from him like the ringing sound of a giant bel, a bell that was being tolled, not by Luke but by someone else.

Also die Stellen mit [...] sind halt für dieses Topic uninteressant (Die Jedis treten vor, es wird erzählt wer ihnen die Robe umhängt, etc. zudem war es mir einfach zu viel abzuschreiebn (4 Seiten sind kein Spass).
Meine Interpretation der Jaina-Szene ist, dass Jaina irgendwie selber Luke veranlasst hat das zu sagen. Da sie ja eh davon ausgeht, dass sie den Krieg nicht überleben wird. Also sucht sie ne Rechtfertigung für ihre immer stärker werdende Selbstabschottung => ich opfere mich für meine Freunde/ es ist meine Pflicht.
Von Jag wird in der ganzen Szene nicht geredet, aber ich glaube er ist mit Han und Leia im Remnant unterwegs.
Zudem ist es mehr eine Schauveranstaltung (Moral aufwerten kurz vor der großen Schlacht. Das sieht man schon allein darin, dass Alema Rar eigentlich schon eine Ritterin war (so weit ich weiß) und dass Tahiri
eigentlich noch gar nicht psychisch bereit ist und sich später von Corran Horn als Padawan nehmen lässt. Wobei dies auf Zonoma Sekot geschiet und Corran sowas meint wie: Es ist bisher nur provisorisch, bis Luke und der Rat entscheiden können.
