Heute habe ich eine Email von der AntiPiracy Abteilung bei Lucasfilm bekommen (weiter unten). Sie sagten ich solle Urheberrechte schützen und meine Seite dahingehend überarbeiten. Sie sagten nicht was ich entfernen sollte, aber ich denke es war diese News: www.darth-sonic.de/NewsSy...DNews=880.
Nunja, ich habe die Bilder entfernt und warte noch auf eine erneute Antwort von denen. Hier die Mail:

Gentleman:
Lucasfilm and its affiliated entities (collectively "Lucasfilm") are the exclusive owners of all rights in and to the major motion pictures Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace and Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones. These motion pictures and the characters related thereto, are protected by the copyright and trademark laws of the United States and other nations (the "STAR WARS Copyrights and Trademarks").
It has come to our attention that STAR WARS Copyrights and Trademarks are being posted and distributed on the web site www.darth-sonic.de ("Unauthorized Items") without authorization from us.
You are hereby put on formal notice that your unauthorized use of STAR WARS Copyrights and Trademarks constitutes copyright infringement, trademark infringement and unfair competition. By this letter, we demand that you immediately cease and desist from any further unauthorized use of STAR WARS Copyrights and Trademarks including, without limitation, the posting and distribution of all Unauthorized Items, and that you immediately provide us written assurance that you will comply with the requests set forth in this letter. In this connection, we request that you provide us with the name and contact information of your source of the Unauthorized Items.
This conduct constitutes a serious violation of Lucasfilm's legal rights. We strongly urge you to treat this matter seriously and that you comply with our requests immediately.
The foregoing shall not be deemed a waiver of any claim at law or in equity which may have against you or any other party, each of which is expressly reserved.
